"To be called a resort, it needs a new mattress: ours feels like it has a hole in the middle, and it's not comfortable. We didn't sleep well. The room doesn't feel clean, needs at least a carpet around the bed, and the floor was not clean. To park personally is terrible on the cross street; we do not have a sidewalk to the garage. It was close, but it should be a priority for guests. Charge $28 for one night of parking."

"My experience was one of utmost peace and tranquility. Cleanliness of the room and facility was on point. Staff professional and courteous. The food and timeline of service was great along with room service delivery in a timely fashion. The ocean view astounding and it made my whole trip. I would definitely recommend the Hard Rock at Daytona to family, friends and associates."

"No enough chairs in the pool. We have a beautiful view to the a/c system. Melanie the front desk manager don’t want to switch us to another room. We have to fight for a descent room, the one that we paid for. They charged my card for another night that I already paid true Expedia. They said Breakfast open at 6am, but not we lost our money. Well, I have to say the only one that helps… its was Kasandra at the pool. For the other things it was a NIGHTMARE!! I’m traveling back and forth to Daytona...

"We enjoyed our two-night stay overall. The room itself was nice, though the hardwood floors needed to be cleaned better before we checked in. A good sweeping and mopping from housekeeping would have done the trick. On the plus side, parking is included in the hotel rate—a huge perk compared to nearby beach hotels charging $30+—even if the lot layout is a bit unusual, they make it work for the guests. The location is walkable to the pier, local shops, and dining. We would consider staying here...

"From check in to check out. It was such an amazing experience. The front desk staff made you feel right at home and the property was extremely clean. The amenities were beyond amazing. "I like that it was right across from the beach and the price was good. I dislike the check in process. I tried to contact about checking in when I was supposed to but didn’t get a reply until long after, the lady answered the phone and said that she’s sorry she couldn’t find her phone. I will say, it was not dirty inside the room at a good rate."
