"This is overall a good hotel with excellent location. However we were really surprised by the bad overall service being offered. We booked a room with a pull out bed because we were traveling with kids, and specifically mentioned this to the person on the phone. However when we went to sleep at night we realised that the pull out had no blanket and no pillows. We called reception at 11 PM to get those brought up, 30 minutes later we still had not received them so i had to call again!
