"Arrived to someone smoking crack in their car in the parking lot. Elevator smelled like smoke. No room service. They billed me for someone else's room a week after my stay by accident. Hotel under construction. Honestly, it was awful."

"Hotel is nice and clean, parking is near by and breakfast is good as well. we were on second floor and did not have any view. Great location and value for money."

"Outdoor pool is a nice feature. Overall pretty clean though some of the carpeting is starting appear aged. Pretty pricey but close to Bell Center so pay premium for the convenience."
