"Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The gated parking is a bonus. Very much appreciated the location - 2 metro stops away (and quiet) from the hustle and bustle of downtown Montreal. Thank you to the entire welcoming and professional staff."

"L’eau de la piscine est très froide. Si vous choisissez une chambre avec un lit seulement, vous devrez vous accommoder du bruit de l’autoroute juste à même pas 100 mètres. Nous avons demander une autre chambre avec 2 lits côté quartier insdustriel et là il n’y a aucun bruit. Merci au gérant de ne pas nous l’avoir charger le surplus, car la thermopompe ne fonctionnait pas dans la première chambre. "

"Désolant de devoir se nourrir au dépanneur puisque pas possible d’avoir une place au restaurant à une heure raisonnable (avant 21h30) alors que le restaurant n’était pas plein. Possible manque de personnel. "

"This hotel was wonderful for our young kids! We rented the family suite which gave us all a little extra space. The pool and slide were great for beginner swimmers. The splash pad is permanently out of service which was a little disappointing for our kiddos, but otherwise everything was wonderful. The staff was lovely and attentive! "

"Didn’t have coffee cups with the coffee machine ! I was in a rush this morning for a meeting and was disappointed to not be able to have a coffee in my room ! Paid more fees than indicated on Expedia ! I would like to make an official complaint. Please let me know who to write to. "

"The room looks like it has just been renovated - the room was clean when we walked in! It is walking distance to a few fast food places, boutiques, etc. I would give a 5 star but there was no free breakfast available, or the internet was not working (as well as very limited cable channels). Staff was very nice! It was our first stay so we will see in the future! So far it was great."
