"we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !,
so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway.
also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns."

"The property is beautiful, the property is just as you step out of your condo/villa and the service is great! Perfect for families or solo traveling. Lastly it is located in a wonder area and the police station is a few steps from the property.
All in all great location great staff and the communication was excellent, only one recommendation they do need a chat app/platform."

"Unfortunately, I would not stay at this property again. The listing and pricing were misleading, and there seemed to be unexpected charges and restrictions that were not clearly communicated upfront.
This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property advertised for up to four people, yet I was charged for three “extra” people, including my 7-year-old child. I was also surprised to learn that guests were apparently not allowed.
The most uncomfortable part of the stay happened around 9:45 PM when the...
