They offered to move us in the morning but it was a short trip Ac was great , staff was mostly responsive The shower was backing up , asked them to look into it nothing happened . "Lovely Hotel, great location, comfy beds, beautiful swimming pool and breakfast was fantastic Lunch menu at hotel restaurant was good and the view from breakfast and the restaurant is stunning All staff professional and helpful My room location was opposite a train track so understandably the view was very disappointing and there was a level of noise I also think for a 5 star hotel a complementary drink on arrival should be offered Overall I did enjoy my stay and would recommend the hotel."
