"The hotel and staff were great but housekeeping doesn’t come daily. If you’re staying there for 7 days they will come day 5, which was an inconvenience for me. I had to request for a broom to sweep my own floor with all the sand from the beach.
Issa is a bartender there YOU MUST see! She’s absolutely amazing!!"

"We had such an amazing stay at La Playa Orient Bay. By the time we left (after just 5 days) we knew nearly everyone's names. The service all around was very wonderful. Complimentary breakfast by the beach each morning was delightful. Jean Charles and Tristan took amazing care of our group for lunch and beach service. The beach was kept pristine, raked each morning. Fresh towels provided daily. Plenty of water sports to rent just a few feet down the beach. We were never in need of anything and...

"The resort is very nice and clean. We loved the pools and grounds. We purchased all inclusive.
The food and service in the main restaurant was subpar, breakfast was average. The Shack and Gizmo was better, but the service was not.
Entertainment ended at 9:30pm everyday,
Which was only at the Gizmo."
