"All the rooms in the villas had ocean view. The balcony was clutch. The beach was lovely. If all the chairs and grass umbrellas were taken they could set us up with a green umbrella and chairs. We loved having the kitchenette and the market was walkable. The market on the main road was larger and more affordable but the market across the street was hella convenient. The pharmacy was walkable too. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was ok. Loved exploring nearby st barths and...

"The room was spotless and I do mean spotless, We had three full sets of towels and bathroom supplies were generos. Staff couldn't do enough to assist us with whatever we needed. We had breakfast on the premises where the staff, Nina, Devon and another young man were wonderful. The cook was great and all the meals were well above average. All were so friendly and very invested in pleasing their patrons!"

"First time visiting SXM and it did not disappoint! La Vista was beautiful. Our room was on the upper level and we had an amazing view of the bay. We spent our time at the lower pool by the beach. Great sunsets. The location was excellent, we walked most places and took the bus when needed. Highly recommend staying here! "

"We were met right as our taxi arrived by staff to let us into our room and to review all the amenities. She even arranged our taxi for the next day for us! The location is right on the bay, and it was very relaxing to sit on the beach and listen to the surf. We walked to town for dinner and sat on the water there. Overall it was perfect for a one night stay on our way to Statia! "

"We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel."
