"Beautiful property and excellent location. Room recently renovated was very nicely appointed, though it always had a peculiar smell that many people have complained about. Apparently their water supply to the rooms has too much sulfur is my understanding. Staff, from top-down, need to have some serious insightful discussions as to how to treat guests. From check-in to check-out they act as though they didn’t want to be bothered. Had planned to stay onsite as much as possible using the restaurant...

"This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. "

"Holland house was a nice stay but we were disappointed with the breakfast that’s included. The breakfast would take us almost an hour to get and to top it off the breakfast would come out cold after waiting all that time. But besides that the hotel is a good place to stay for a couple of days.."

"We loved the Azure. Mike is an excellent host and the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. You will get to know everyone before you leave. We enjoyed the Tourtoises in the courtyard, and we especially loved the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at 3 different places in St. Martin’s and this was our favourite. "Older property with ground-level Villas. Very close to the beach. Comfortable beds and adequate amenities. The staff are kind, attentive and accommodating. Audrey, the manager, went over and above to try to make my stay comfortable. She is really a lovely person. The restaurant and the continental breakfast were fantastic!"
