The hotel is walking distance from two train stations, Epesses and Cully, with great rail connections. The road and railway traffic is pretty noisy and constant. Parking is limited. "Sadly this hotel is disappointing in so many ways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. The bathrooms were very poorly kept especially, gardens not maintained and massive bins welcome you at the entrance. "L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et le jardin est très beau. Bon personnel intentionné. Le petit déjeuner était bon. En même temps que nous se trouvait un grand groupe d'indiens très bruyants et sans gêne. L'argent n'a pas d'odeur, c'est dommage."

"Paying for cheaper hotel Villa Toscany you can still use facilities across the road sauna, swimming etc. which is great. Good location. I do struggle to find information on Expedia website that check in for Villa Toscany needs to be done in Royal plaza across the road if I knew it from begging would be more helpful."

Beach 10 min walk but dont go to university area on GPS as get lost..staff should explain exact directions and tell you train is free to other places without asking. There is a shuttle too. Overall great nearly 5 star but staff should know and explain great places and direct carefully and not after the fact. "It would be nice to have a bigger fridge. There was no coffee maker and not enough garbage cans. (They were tiny). The steam room was not working and the pool gone. (Under renovation). The restaurant had limited selection and no late night options. The room was good but we were next to elevator. The hair dryer plug doesn’t fit in socket and the sink didn’t drain."
