"I appreciated the intimacy of the villa location-- close enough to Duval St. Yet, close the gates and limited lodging allowed for serenity by the pool. Amenities abounded and how fun to have specialty cocktails at happy hour. Breakfast and snack options were more than generous. Their attention to detail and guest services were outstanding."

"This was my first trip to Key West and I decided to stay here due to its location. On arrival, I was happy to learn that parking was on site and included as part of the resort fee. The breakfast that was available off the lobby was okay, but what was really great were the omelettes that were made to order each morning by the pool. Speaking of the pool, the pool area was a great place to relax after spending a day walking all over the West end of the island."

The only notable issues that I had with our stay were: 1.) The bed was TERRIBLE. Seriously terrible. It was so worn that there was 2 visible dips in it. "Nice place - be ready to pay more than you expect with hidden fees not included in Expedia costs. Parking was $50/day and other service fees- ended up being an additional $450 for 4 days (not food/drink- just nonrefundable fees.) Then there’s the $400 refundable they take on top of that. Not cool."

"I absolutely loved the location, close to all the activities yet in a quiet environment so you could get away from the noise! Having bicycles on sight to rent was extremely convenient. The staff was amazing, very helpful and their recommendations were great!over all providing us with a wonderful stay."

"It’s a good location and gives you easy access to a lot of spots nearby, but keep a few things in mind. They charge a $45 daily resort fee for snacks and water, and the two bottles of water in the room aren’t complimentary — if you drink them, they charge $5 each.
