"This was our first stay at the Douglas House. We stayed for 6 nights. We had a great stay and were very happy with everything especially the free amenities offered at the pool. They offer free sunscreen, water, and coffee. The property was very clean and easily accessible. We did not rent a car and was able to easily walk and bike anywhere we wanted to go. "This was a nice place, but overpriced. The sinks in the bathroom need to be updated as there is corrosion on the handles. We stayed here for the novelty of getting to stay in Robert‘s house, but we probably won’t stay here again, as we have found nicer places during our other stays in Key West that are much less expensive and have amenities and parking."

"i have a few complaints about this inn. first i'd like to state the host upon check in was not nearly as informative about our stay as the host last year (which we did see her out and about and she was kind) (wears converse) she is who we prefer. second, with the amount you pay to stay here you think you would have more than just 1 functional wall outlet. all of the wall outlets are loose or just non functional. & lastly the water pressure is non existent, makes showering extremely hard and time...

"The Duval house is quiet and quaint with a beatful outside area. It's adults only which was nice but the pool closes at sunset. As an adult only place the pool should at least be home until midnight. The breakfast has zero meats. Parking is expensive and not guaranteed a spot."

"We had a great trip. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite by the pool. The room was very clean and spacious. It was pretty quiet at night and all of the staff that we came in contact with were very helpful. If we come back next time, we will definitely stay here again."

"Nice property. Gives you a resort feel for sure. It’s located close to Duvall St and not too far from all the places you’d want to visit. Bartender was amazing (Keith). Better bar menu and availability as well as extending the breakfast timing would be ideal. Great to have live music while sitting at the bar. Prices aren’t alarming. A bit more attention to details on property/room aesthetics and customer experience would be beneficial. Overall, great property and good experience."
