The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, large bedroom, great breakfast choices, great location and last but not least one of the nicest spas we’ve ever been to. Would definitely recommend and we hope to revisit soon!
