"Property was clean room was small but had everything we needed. Resort was walkable and service was ok to good. Restaurant service was slow but overall ok. Big disappointment was we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and resort did nothing for us even though they had the knowledge prior to our arrival. Other guests had a banner on their door and romantic beach dinner we were offered nothing. We enjoyed our stay but would not return nor would we recommend. This is our 4th Royalton...

"The resort was nice and room was clean. However, Staff were very disorganized and not attentive to their guest needs. My Expedia representative did not great us or provide us with the welcoming items and explain details about our trip. She lied about making reservations for dinner and had my family and I almost starving for the night. The customer service at this resort was horrible. I will never go back or recommend this resort to any of my social media following."

"The room was clean but no chairs in the king bedroom. No WiFi service for our entire stay in the room. We had to hang out continuously in the lobby so as not to miss any outside calls. TV was also not clear, had lots of static"

"The Lover's Beach staff was amazing - from the guys at the water sports shack (Odell, Jensen, and Shaquille) to the bartender (Kerry Anne), they were our favs. SO friendly and we had some good laughs. Kertie at the sports bar was the best! We ended up playing cards with her most nights and just laughing and having a great time. The golf cart guys are so friendly and lovely. Wasn't a huge fan of the pool scene but we are pretty laid back. Rasta Beach wasn't our style either and it had red flags...
