"The room was pretty clean but some dirty towels in room. The staff at check in were hard to understand and coughed right towards us,,,not very professional. Good place for a short stay. "

"This is one of our favourite places to stay! It has that romantic charm and elegance we love. The rooms are cozy, the pool area is calm and clean. The bar and restaurant have a lovely view and the food is well thought out. We arrived late after a long day of travel and the front desk staff could see it in my face, they were graceful about my stress and we got settled in quickly. Always our go to when we visit family in Montreal!! "

"Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. We requested a quieter room this time as the previous one had too much runway noise and frequent running water sounds. We got an end room on the 5th floor that was very quiet. "We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Laval. The staff were friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area seemed a little run down though and was very crowded and loud on the weekends with hockey families. We were staying on Thursday & Sunday nights as well so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves on those nights!"

TV in room with many options to choose from. Clean and comfortable space if you’re on a budget. I paid just over 200 for two nights with tax. Thank you for an amazing experience.
