"We stayed for 2 nights, since the first contact the staff was kind and helpful. The A/C in the first room we were assigned was broken and right away Nicolas from the front desk actioned, in 2 mins we had a maintenance person in the room who confirmed the A/C was broken, within 10 mins we were assigned to another room. All the staff was very kind, excellent service. The only thing that Ibwould say can be improve is the temperature and smell of the upper level hallways. The rest is grest as is!"

"The room has fruit flies and they dont clean the rooms good enough. The shower head broke and was not fix prior to having the guezt checkin. The cleaning service left the door open while we were out exploring."
