"This place is misrepresented. There is no breakfast. The picture above is not the place. I had no safe parking available even though I called in advanced to confirm that it will be in fact available. The owners did all they could to convince me to park my car in the farthest corner through ice and unshoveled snow where I would get stuck either on the way in or out. I tried to shovel the snow myself to make parking possible . Eventually I had to park in the street with a fear of being towed....

"Stayed at Swiss Hotel Ottawa and it was a surprisingly frustrating experience. What started as a normal stay quickly turned uncomfortable due to poor communication and questionable handling of a situation that didn’t warrant escalation. Instead of resolving things professionally, the response felt abrupt and unnecessary, leaving a bad impression overall. Not the kind of hospitality you expect when booking a place to relax. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free stay"

"L'hôtel est très abordable et situé près du centre ville ce qui donne acces à tout. Le personnel est fantastique. Tout était excellent à l'exception du nettoyage des chambres qui n'a pas été fait durant la durée de notre séjour (4 jours et 3 nuits) 😮‍💨"

"The kitchen, rooms, bathrooms and shower were always clean. A small fan was at the head of the bed and definitely a life saver for keeping things cool and the air moving. Parking was on site, code access only and felt safe. The on site breakfast hit the spot with fresh fruit options. "

"My room was incredibly small - almost like a larger room that had been divided in two. Unfortunately, the lobby was also undergoing construction (not shared at time of booking) so there wasn’t a comfortable space to work. Housekeeping came by at odd hours (one time at 0830) and did not come back when I asked them to wait, so that my room was freshened only once in the 5 nights I was there. I did make a comment re: size of room and it was not followed up on by management. The staff however...
