"Some hallway carpets are worn and presented potential tripping hazards. One coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. Room was clean and mostly well kept. Outside gardens were nice to look at but strange smells kept me from enjoying them."

"Parking is weird to get to with stairs to reception. Staff was slow and unhelpful. Another patron yelled myself and my son waiting outside and he was allowed to remain on the property. Front desk said sorry. Ugh"
