The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain."

"Staff were excellent from the recepyteam to the pool bar team and the fabulous breakfast crew. We had 3 nights at Ace Glyfada, and started in Room 303 ( King Seaview) which is simply too small for 2 guests with luggage. We requested to move and thankfully we were moved to Room 419 ( king seaview) which was a huge improvement in size, bathroom and view. Overall we loved our stay. The staff are great, bfast is very good,and the pool is superb."

"The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed each day but the bedding wasn’t. Some things weren’t replenished every time e.g. glasses & water in the fridge (which we read was included). The safe in the room didn’t work - we did ask for this to be looked at but it wasn’t within the duration of our stay. It was a last minute change of booking so we were happy with the condition of the room/facilities considering what we needed for our trip. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was nice...

"It was mentor that there is couch in the room , after checking in we didint found that couch , it was noisy because of the sites arround and the shower area inside the bathroom without door so when you shower all the bathroom will be water"

"Never had breakfast as I had to catch very early plane 530am. Roof top festering was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was sink in showers and low soft bed, but that being said was manageable. The great this was they checked me in early mourning as had just gotten off cruise Receptionist lovely. Pool was deep and bean bag chairs not lounge chairs. and not too sunny as had an open roof shich was fine. Beach across street. No tanning beds, more public. Bike path, tram and bus for short...
