Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The room was clean and decent sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful to two non Japanese speakers. The area is quiet and more of a business district, but it’s a very short walk to Shinjuku station and the surrounding fun areas. We were very happy with our stay.

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Eki Tower
Great location. The staff were extremely nice. The hotel was very informational about Japan culture. The only downside was the Buffet restaurant, it wasn’t that great. But there were plenty of amazing restaurants walking distance.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi Shinjuku PREMIER
Very honest offering. Reasonably priced. Not much amenities though, but that's to be expected at that price. Make sure you get your breakfast before 9:30 so you can order their delicious fluffy pancakes (seriously), but the rest of the breakfast was very meh.

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
Really nice stay for having access to the subways close by. The room was comfortable and small the bathroom was good with excellent amenities. Only drawbacks to the property are the gym has basic cardio equipment, no free weights or machines to work out. Lastly the hotel caters to non English guests ...
