Excellent stay

Friendly and patient staff, breakfast was excellent each day. Rooms were small but comfortable and still good for the price. The mattresses were very firm but not completely uncomfortable. The toilet was very small if you are a larger person. But I would absolutely stay here again.

Good location and comfortable stay

The check-in and check-out were automated and fast and the room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast had extensive offerings. The front desk staff were helpful and kind when we were checking our luggage for a day of wandering around. The location next to the station is central and has a lot of shopping and dining options.

This hotel is in the “business hotel” category, so the room is tiny but highly inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised by how cleverly things are designed inside the room, which makes the small space very usable. The building is still 2 years old, and it is pretty clean.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff (We speak basic Japanese and sometimes had to use Google translate with staff). The free daily buffet breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. Clean rooms. Excellent locations from Shiki station. Let’s of places to eat in the area. Love the hotel. Rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. Recommends travelers just bring small carry on suitcases. We one one small carry on and one large suitcase. Will definitely stay here again!

施設内は客室も含めてとても綺麗でした。シャワーの設備も問題なく使えました。朝食のビュッフェはスープも複数あったり、白ごはん、きのこご飯があったり、デザートのフルーツヨーグルトなどもあり、ビジネスホテルのビュッフェにしては豊富で美味しかったです。部屋に持ち帰って食べるのもOKとのことで、持っていっている人も多かったです。 スタッフの方は、チェックインアウトもほぼ自動なので、ちょっとした声掛けのみのやりとりでした（可もなく不可もなく）。朝食会場のスタッフさんたちは、元気に挨拶などされていて、スタッフ同士のやりとりも聞いていて感じがよかったです。 二人で一万ちょっとで泊まれて、この施設、サービスは大満足でした！
