"This was such a beautiful little getaway for a few days relaxing in a traditional Japanese style accomodation with onset!
The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, especially for my partner who has a lot of food allergies (so they quickly replanned all the amazing food courses for him!). Such a great start to our trip to Japan."
"What a spectacular place! The staff were very helpful and gracious, the room was lovely, the nine Onsen were all unique with different temperatures of water (the Onsen in town were very very hot, so this was especially nice to have), the food was delicious (they even prepared vegetarian for us!), my message was EXCELLENT. We took the shuttle to see the snow monkeys but walked the 20 minutes back in the sun. And had the special treat of seeing and playing a game with the charming and talented geisha of Shibu Onsen! We had a lovely two night stay.

"Beyond the Room being perfect for us two, spacious, clean and beautiful views. The staff at T Hotel Ryuoo were excellent at hosting us and helping create an easy and seamless vacation, from shuttles to reservations. The restaurant staff was especially attentive and want to give a big thank you to that department. We felt comfortable in the space, highly recommended and we would definitely come back."
"Amenities were extremely good. The hotel is in a really good location in Shiga Kogen. The food and drinks were good. The staff was always helpful and friendly! "
"Staff was friendly and working hard. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely updated… but they’re fighting an uphill battle against an aging run down building with apparently a long-broken elevator for 6 floors. Great price on difficult to find lodging in the area."
