"I like it because its cheap and a comfortable stay . And everything within walking distance, Staff friendly . This the second visit while working in skegness. And will be back in near future. Its good for me ."

"Good situation overlooking the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good though breakfast coffee too weak. Only problem is lack of lifts. I have arthritis and walk with a stick and getting up several flights of stairs with a heavy case was not easy."
