If you don't count the tornado and no power. Cracked bathtube and with all the rain, the septic was backed up. It was a very pleasant stay.

this is a small cute motel. clearly old and recently renovated. very clean and super comfy bed. if i had a complaint it would be the refinish on the tub was cracking. The shower was super hot. all around clean and cute and cozy.

Not too bad.
Not too much that I can say either good or bad. I think the best is to say it's ok for an overnight stay or two. It isn't the Ritz but it's also not a crazy expensive price. It was fairly clean and worth what we paid to stay. I don't know how breakfast would be in a busy season if there is one here but today breakfast choices are cereal, oatmeal, toast, and bagels.

Very polite staff Breakfast was great considering how the room was so economical!! We've stayed in expensive hotels and they didn't even offer coffee!! Do you plan to stay there again in a couple weeks, looking forward to it!

The desk clerk who checked us in was awesome. room service personnel was the best we have seen even in 200.00 a night properties. will most definitely stay here again.

Overall, this motel is inexpensive and they provide daily towel replacements. This is my best option for staying in this part of Arkansas. I told staff about a broken smoke detector and lamp in the room. They said they would address those problems. The walls are thin and we had noisy neighbors, which isn't the fault of Cottonwood Inn, but noise from the parking lot and adjacent rooms can be expected when staying here.

We had got detained and the staff was very accommodating for our very late checkin. We left something behind and they kept it for us till we returned to the area the next day. That was so nice. Customer service is a big part of trips we take and we would definitely stay again. Thank you Cottonwood Inn. Hope you have a great Thanksgiving.

Sadly disappointed
Unfortunately while the staff was quite nice, the condition of the motel has deteriorated significantly. The room had an odd smell, rather musty, and the bathroom was not very clean. I will not stay again.

Very helpful, friendly staff. They gathered up plates and utensils including a steak knife so we could eat our leftovers from Lambert's Cafe. Love the country setting. Things were a little dated, but clean. Would definitely stay again if I was in this area. Loved Murphy the dog who lives there.

Nice hotel with basic amenities. Parking right outside room door, dated but clean rooms. Continental breakfast of cereals, milk, OJ, coffee, bagels and toast. Would stay again.

Very nice stay
We had accidently booked a smoking room, and the motel was fully booked. Upon walking in, it smelled clean and was in good condition. The staff (Amy) was really kind and very professional. To our surprise, their was a very nice continental breakfast! We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely recommend.
