"We had a great stay overall. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. We were only able to attend breakfast one morning during our stay, but that experience was excellent. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff made my children feel especially welcomed, which we really appreciated. The only issue we experienced was with housekeeping. We stayed for five nights and our room was only serviced once, after the first night when we needed the sheets changed due to an accident, which we appreciated. We understood that service was scheduled for every other day, but after that initial visit, no additional housekeeping was provided, including on the fourth day as expected. Additionally, the safety lock on our room door was loose. Just sharing this as an FYI so it can be addressed for future guests. Aside from these items, everything else about our stay was very positive, and we truly enjoyed our time here."

"No. The airport shuttles run every hour to an hour and a half. So you have to wait at the airport. Upon arrival the lobby is dark and lights are dim. The building wreaks of a foul odor. The room was dirty . The bed, the carpet, the bathroom, all dirty. Tub had mildew around it or mold. Cigarette ashes in the floor of a non smoking room. Hallways were dirty. Ceiling towels dirty and missing. The area was not safe. The population that was in the building was very sketchy. The name df the hotel does not fit. More like poor quality hotel. I could not sit in the building let alone sleep or stay. "

"Rooms were filthy. They don't vacuum floor between guest stays.Kitchen tiles were sticky as they don't wash the floor. Air vents were covered in dust."

"I reserved a suite, and needed sheets for the pullout sofa. There were none in the room and called down to have some delivered which weren’t. No big deal, the sheets they gave me didn’t fit. And there were bugs in the room. Very disappointed."

"This is my favorite place to stay in the city. I always get top tier service from the staff. Tamika always makes sure I have a smooth check-in and alway very welcoming for a perfect stay. Joe always on point with pick up and just making the property upbeat and positive. All the other staff always have been great , there is also a GM or management making the property is in tip top condition and asks how is everyone’s stay(genuinely meaning it) I appreciate them all.
