"This small boutique property is beautiful, well built and impeccably designed. It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. This means that if you arrive anytime before 4:30pm you are screwed even if your room is ready. This is a problem because there...

"This Masseria is very new and it was fantastic. Situated just out of Fasano, it is in a great location. We spent a week here and travelled to all the key towns within 20 minutes for most and Bari was only 50 minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for information about where to go and things to see. We had a great room with a large terrace which was wonderful to relax after a day of sightseeing. "Overall it’s a great hotel. Staff is excellent. Che k-in was easy and front desk gave us a good intro to city. Room is spacious. Large bath tub and separate shower. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature excellent. Good size closet Gym is very small but 24 hour access. Upstairs lounge was a great vibe. Only complaint was a tremendous amount of very small ants in bathroom and even some in bedroom. We mentioned it to desk and they apologized for the issue next day but the ants were a presence. You never saw just one. I would still stay here again because I loved the room. Staff, lounge and hotel … plus the location is perfect"
