"It is a quiet hotel and good to take time of quality of life, I hope you enjoy it as we do, I do not recommend the hotel's van taxi they do not leave you in front of the airport door they leave you in a parking lot and you have to walk a tunnel to get to the airport entrance gate, it is not normal that a taxi does not leave you at the main flight departure gate."

"Decent hotel"

"I needed a place to stay for one night when I got into Marco Polo airport close to midnight. It was perfect, just a 15 minute walk from airport, very easy to find. I’m glad I didn’t have a big or heavy suitcase as there are a flight of stairs to go up. There was someone there to let me in and my key was waiting for me. The room was small but had everything thing I needed. In the morning they were very helpful with bus information to get into Venice. I’d happily use again. Thank you."

"We only stayed one night after our cruise as we were flying out early the next morning. Very friendly and helpful check in staff. Great place so close to the airport the driver they booked for us charged us 25 euro for a five minute ride which was ridiculous but nothing to do with the property"

"Amazing stay in Venice! The hotel felt very modern, new, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and everything looked fresh and updated. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. It was also very easy to find transportation from the hotel, which made getting around the city and traveling with luggage much easier for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

"The front desk staff was very helpful, even if the senior property management wasn't. Had booked my reservations through Expedia, and had to move a one night stay up by one day. Hotel had plenty of vacancies and I agreed to pay a high fee. Expedia reached out to the hotel management to request a waiver of the cancellation fee but hotel woud not respond."

"Location perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, close to water transportation station. Peno was extremely pleasant and helpful"

"The room was ok, but you need to fix the bathroom, the shower was leaking and created a mess in the bathroom floor and the toilet is very small to be used by adults. The breakfast area is the same as the storage area for the staff, you should add a curtain or something to separate the 2 zones."
