"Brilliant staff, nothing was too much trouble. Doesn't do food, but good kitchen facilities in each room. View to die for from 7th floor. Very quiet area but only a short walk to West end of Princess Street. Limited range of alcohol and hot drinks available in Lounge area, Eating and drinking a short walk away."

"Room was clean and cozy. There was a problem with the toilet two days in a row, but staff offered a new room and eventually fixed the problem. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and housekeeping kept everything tidy. The location is good, but there can be some nightly noise from the bars across the street. I suppose it could be more of a nuisance in the warmer months. Overall, it was a nice stay with good accommodations. "

"Hotel is on 5th floor of a fairly new shopping mall with endless shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and new and had a kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better. It was pretty much across from Waverley train station. Highly recommend this hotel."
