"My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. "A very comfortable quiet and relaxed hotel ( originally an old convent) overlooking Salo and Lake Garda. The staff at the hotel are superb - the reception staff in particular are some of the best anywhere. The views from the garden and terrace across the lake to the mountains are beautiful. A good pool with lots of loungers and outside seating make this a great place to relax away from the crowds around the lake ,but only a 10 min drive away. "Super placering lidt oppe over Salò. Mulighed for at gå til restauranter og shopping, ca 1,5 km - lidt varmt i august, alternativt er der gode parkeringsmuligheder i byen. I lejligheden manglede vi en brødrister og en kaffemaskine, men ellers var der det, der skulle til for selv at tilberede vores mad. Dejlige og rolige omgivelser. "

"The hotel is a lovely location within short walk from downtown and to the beautiful walkway along the lake. The room and bathroom were modern and spotless. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Alex who helped to resolve a booking issue in a kind and efficient manner. The garden and pool are superbly well maintained. A very satisfying experience."
