"Amazing resort I will definitely be back! I absolutely loved everything. One thing I did wish they'd consider is that microwaves were in the rooms and not be charged a $50 fee for a microwave, other than that everything was perfect! Best staff with exceptional customer service, the property was extremely clean with great amenities and beautiful beach."

"The costumer service is terrible, I haven't seen never such bad costumer service. Ar the front desk Miguel terrible, all staff really bad except one person and her name is Jazmin. Never going back to that hotel and I won't recommend it"

"Very nice and clean property with friendly staff. All inclusive and kids free makes for a great relaxing vacation. The pool is beautiful and has plenty of shade. The buffet is plenty and delicious. If you decide to eat at one of the other restaurants in the resort, it’s recommended to make a reservation as those can book up quickly."

"If I could give this place less than zero stars for service, I would. The hotel and the facilities are beautiful, and the food is good. However, the service in every area is beyond terrible. The staff won’t even look you in the eye, and they seem annoyed by the simplest questions. It feels like they are used to tourists coming regardless of how poorly they are treated, probably because of the large number of cruise passengers who visit. The transportation within the resort is horrible. The drivers are extremely rude, unfriendly, and treat guests with no humanity whatsoever. We were traveling with a 6-month-old baby, and they wanted us to walk several blocks because they simply did not want to take us where we needed to go. They do not seem to care about complaints because the managers protect the staff, and everyone covers for each other. It feels like a system that allows this poor treatment of guests to continue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, NO MATTER HOW BEAUTIFUL IT MAY BE. Service is the most important part of staying at a hotel, and the treatment we received was unacceptable. Driver Henry was especially horrible. He treated us unfairly and kept us riding around the shuttle throughout the resort because he did not want to drop us off at our building. Even though we were carrying a 6-month-old baby in our arms, he simply refused to do his job. The service experience at this resort was terrible in every area."

"There are many things that I didn’t like One starting with front desk staff Chris very unprofessional and walked away upon checking in. Two no refrigerator or microwaves in the room, which is an inconvenience to someone who may have to take medication you have to go all the way downstairs to a machine. I feel a lot of the staff cater to the Caucasians and bypass. Everyone should be treated equally we all bleed the same blood and all our money is green. Staff at outside grill at lunchtime wouldn’t tell me what was on the menu made me walk all the way around instead of just saying what was on the menu and another staff had to tell him. Why did you say that you should’ve just told her what was on the menu very rude."

"There is not enough ventilation in the hallways resulting in a musty odor which is probably mold. The carpets in the corridor make it very difficult to roll a suitcase especially if you have to walk from the lobby to the elevator. The breakfast options was very disappointing"
