"Facilities really are first rate, staff are very friendly and attentive. Lots of sporting activities available, on-site food is pretty decent, although we tried to make use of the self-catering facilities. Rooms are lovely, although soundproofing could be improved but generally other guests are thoughtful. My only area of improvement would be the cooking facilities within the apartments. They are very basic and missing some simple amenities such as a chopping board. But overall really can't...

"I Booked online i had a confirmation email !! when i got there they didn't know anything about it i also showed the women the confirmation email and still didn't get anywhere. i spent most of the night looking for a hotel to stay at but everything was booked i would not recommend this hotel at all "

"Extortionate price for a freezing room with no really hot water. Bar was cold too (no logs put on fire) although food and beer were good. Landlady was unsympathetic - "no one else has complained". She suggested I could have put a second duvet on top. Talk about denial!!!!! Avoid this place if you want value for money and/or until the temperature rises above 18 degrees."

"Plenty of parking spaces. The check in was quick and we were given a nice room with 2 double beds. The ratio price/quality is amazing. The room was very clean and a pleasant surprise was the electric socket with USB A and C port that was truly delivering the stated 3 ampere, allowing our device to fast charge. A well appreciated detail."

"Clean, friendly staff, parking isn't free but daily charge is only £10 but limited, comfy bed, no storage, only hanger and wall hooks, perfect for 1-2 nights but we stayed for 4 so it started to get uncomfortable, especially no table, 1 chair and fixed in place cushion seat."

"Would not stay again. Whilst the family room was fine, the bathroom extractor fan was deafening, and for a family room they only included 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs for the four of us. We went to use the pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, and were told they had run out of towels and we would have to go back to our room to get and use those towels. The pool and changing room was tired and shabby. But worst of all was the metal sheeting on the bottom of the pool, which had intermittent...
