"Stayed here in Jun/July 2026. The room was excellent and exactly as advertised and clean. Even through there was a busy street outside our window the windows kept the noise out and we could sleep well. The hotel had a great location that made everything in Sevilla easily walkable. The staff was always around and available if I had questions, requests etc. They were very friendly and attentive. I plan on visiting Sevilla again as it was a wonderful city and I will definitely stay at this...

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Most amazing staff in all of Spain. Special shout out to Pedro for helping me after I fainted. His quick thinking ensured my safety and well being. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location cannot be beat. Centrally located to all the must see spots. Clean and well maintained. No habia con quien reportar esto, y para nonperder el poco tiempo q estariamos en Sevilla la mantuvimos.
