"Good location and nice interior design, but missed the lack of in person support/a reception. Would be very inconvenient to stay here without a mobile phone - if you forgot to write the code down, and your phone battery died, you wouldn’t be able to access your room. Simple requests and questions via the app work well, but a request for a missing Salzburg guest mobility card took over 24 hours to rectify (and was too late to be used). The free lockers were good, but need maintenance."
