"The hotel is absolutely magical. Breakfast is phenomenal and in such a beautiful location the hotel staff were helpful, friendly and kind. I got engaged at this hotel and the hotel staff answered all of my emails over months to help me coordinate truly 10 out of 10 experience. I would highly recommend anyone stay there!"

"Air conditioner is not working when we arrived at the lobby for check in. And it was the same in our room! The receptionist moved us to a different room which is almost the same. Plus the shower room barrier is not well maintained and the water just keep on splashing on the floor. I am really surprised regarding this stay considering the brand of the hotel. Hope they can fix this."

"We are coming back enchanted from our three-night stay at the Small Luxury Hotel Goldgasse. It is located in the middle of the Old Town, walking distance to everything. The room was large and beautifully decorated (with some original touches, such as the red antique-looking fridge) and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amnesties are modern and very functional. Ulrike at reception greeted us like we were close family members and extended the same warmth and generosity throughout our stay....
