This hotel and the service we received was a very pleasant surprise. Its location is perfect, the service is excellent. The hotel is brand new, recently opened, the rooms are very clean and the bed and pillows are very high quality and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Samarkand.

The rooms were very clean and with amazing air conditioning, the staff were very friendly and informative, the breakfast buffet was pretty good and they even prepared a nightly surprise for us which made us feel valued as guests. Will highly recommend this establishment!

This is a really nice property. They go all out of the way to make the stay comfortable for you. The room is clean and spacious with two twin beds , breakfast is a spread. Everything. Is a 10 min taxi ride away from here

This has been by far the best hotel during our trip to Uzbekistan. The hotel has several museum-like areas and the staff makes a short explanation of them. The rooms are great, very well decorated, super confortable and quiet. The service is fantastic and all the staff is super helpful. They had several details with us that we have never seen before in any hotel. Breakfast is very complete and delicious. Highly recommended !

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, offering culture experience with unique presentation/interior design of rich Uzbek tradition. We were welcome by the reception who gave some explanations and explained the history of the hotel. The room is clean with all the necessities included. We had a good sleep in the comfortable bed. The room has its own theme which interesting to learn more on it. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some complementary such as the night snacks and transport to the main station. Breakfast is also really good. It was an overall a great experience for our short stay.

we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded our expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The check in process was smooth and efficient and we were immediately impressed by the lobby and the Uzbek show room. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the necessary and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottles of water. The breakfast offers a wide selection of options and there is a terrace to have a tea or a glass of wine at sunset time. Oustanding service and hospitality. Every member of the team was friendly and attentive, arranging transportations, recommending attractions and restaurants.

Our recent stay at the Silk Road Empire Hotel in Samarkand was absolutely magnificent! This hotel truly captures the spirit of its historic location. We could not have asked for a better spot. Being just a quick taxi ride from the stunning Registan Square made sightseeing super easy. The hotel itself is designed like you stepped back in time to the days when Samarknad was the hotspot of the Silk Road and center of the Timurid Empire. It is so gorgeous and unique with beautiful details everywhere. Our room, double, was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured lovely touches that blended modern comfort with traditional Uzbek design. But the staff deserves special recognition. The front desk attendants awere always available to greet you with a smile. We even asked for a simple early brekafast due to our schedule and they accommodated by putting out the full spread an hour early! And the breakfast itself is so yummy and plentiful. The entire team was warm and professional throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend the Silk Road Empire Hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand. It was one of the best stays in Uzbekistan and beyond. It provided a perfect balance of comfort, excellent service, and authentic atmosphere. We look forward to returning!

I stayed here for one night. It’s a wonderful hotel with a unique concept where you can enjoy its history and culture as part of the experience. I won’t give away the details because it’s something to look forward to after you check in, but the place is full of pleasant surprises! The staff were all very kind, and I had a truly comfortable stay. It takes a little walk to reach the main tourist spots, but everything is within walking distance, and you can enjoy the local atmosphere along the way. I’d love to stay longer next time. Thank you so much!

한마디로, 최고로 완벽한 호텔입니다. 호텔 규모는 작지만 시설, 편안함, 직원 응대가 너무나도 좋습니다. 최근 다녔던 호텔 중에 최고의 경험이었습니다. 특히, 저희 가족을 응대하는 직원의 태도는 5성급 호텔의 직원보다 좋았습니다. 타슈켄트로 돌아오는 택시가 필요했는데, 저희를 위하여 애써주어 무사히 돌아올 수 있었습니다. 호텔 입구에서부터 좋은 향기가 나고 역사적 스토리가 있는 호텔이어서 숙박과 함께 구경거리도 있어서 좋았습니다. 저녁에는 와인과 과일을 주어 생각지도 못한 환대를 받았습니다. 다음에 사마르칸트에 갈 기회가 있으면 또 묵어볼 생각입니다. 이 호텔이 앞으로도 번창하였으면 좋겠습니다. 저희 가족에게 보내준 환대에 다시 한번 감사합니다.

Harika bir konaklama

Uzun zamandır bu tarz butik otelde kalmamıştım. Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren otel personeli sizi çok iyi bir şekilde karşılıyor ve tüm bilgileri sizi kısa bir süre bekletip hemen otelin içinde bulunan müzeyi gezdirip anlatıyorlar. Kaldığımız sürede akşamları odayı çilek ikramları vardı küçük ama güzel jest. Kahvaltıları gayet yeterli doyarak kalkıyorsunuz. otel konum itibari ile gezilecek yerlere 10-15 dakika mesafede. Ayrılırken ise bizlere geleneksel boyalı tabaklarından hediye verdiler. Samarkanda bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim.
