"Das Bad hat sehr schlecht gerochen. Nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde ein Raumduft hingestellt, danach war es okey aber nicht angenehm. Unfreundliches Personal, man hat sich nicht Willkommem gefühlt. Frühstück war gut. Zimmerservice war nicht gut, das Bett wurde grob zugedeckt und es wurde nicht gesaugt. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht, haben aber ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten bekommen. Auf Anfrage hieß es dass es heute nicht zusammengerückt werden kann, da das Personal...

"The hotel is located in a new - eternal city of Samarkand. We loved this area more than crowded area around registan and so called old town. The room we have booked was bigger (81msq) but in fact we were given a room maximum 60msq, still my son roamed and enjoyed and we had a nice time. I mark cleanliness 4 stars because of very dirty carpets in the room, room itself was fairly clean. I also would like to highlight high quality coffee in the room, best I had in room in Samarkand. "ツインルームで予約をしましたが、Executive ルームにアップグレードされていました。至れり尽くせりといったホスピタリティー感ではなく、wifiの情報なども自分から聞かないと勝手に教えてくれたりしない感じが返って心地よいです。 プールがあったので予約しましたが、残念ながら私の滞在中は水の入れ替え中ということで、使えるようになるのが、「今日かもしれないし、明日かもしれない」というまたもやリラックスした回答笑。 立地も良く、大変心地の良い時間を過ごしました。"

"I travel very often. Rarely have I encountered a place where everyone I interacted with was so pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. My room was clean m, bright and spacious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Registan and several other monuments. I want to especially thank Mamur for all of his help. He. Helped me obtain a SIM card for my phone and set-up YANDEX…the local version of Uber. This made the rest of my journey in Uzbekistan so easy. "

"Staff (the guy with black hair) in the day shift upon checking in welcomed badly. No information regarding the time for breakfast or any adds on if there is. Also the door of the balcony was broken. But check out was good. The girl in the day shift were great and helped us with calling the doctor."

"The room was clean and the bathroom/shower was great. The hotel is fairly new so everything is in great condition. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. The food in the restaurant really good quality but the only issue was that we were cold as they didn’t have any heating in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel"
