The only two items I would like improved is that I had to ask for the coffee carafes to be refilled and the hot food items (eggs, potatoes, sausage patties) were warm but not hot in their induction pans. "The air conditioner in the room quit working mid night and made a horrible sound the rest of the night . Let the front desk know and they said facility would look at it in the morning . The food was not very good and overpriced a sandwich and a burger and two drinks was 75 ! At a casino ! I didn’t win anything at the table games or the slots . I"

"A friend and I were in town for a Gala dinner and needed a place to crash for the night. The Bay City Inn was clean and comfortable. Perfect for just needing a place to crash for the night. Breakfast was your typical waffles and yogurt. Fine for what we needed. The front desk staff were all nice and helpful. Would stay here again if I need to overnight it in Bellingham."
