"The location of the room was perfect, slightly separate from a lot of the other floating islands and so it felt more secluded. It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view in the morning. We went with the owner, Nestor, on a trip which was far better than the other organised tours. Nestor was friendly and talked us through everything to with the islands, the culture and the tourism. "

"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "The property is very basic. One bed one shower. Careful Only dry toilets."

"Good location Staff efficient, no issues. Comfortable bed. Warm room which was good as it was a very cold night. Disappointing breakfast scrambled and fried eggs were cold. Ramp up to the lift was very steep."
