"The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

10/10 Excellent
Great room, comfy bed, clean and well equipped. Area felt safe and good location for restaurants and shopping Staff were helpful and friendly. Was thankful for the 2 bottles of water per day.
Small downside, the aircon was noisy and would have liked some washing up liquid and a tea towel.
