"We had gone for a one night stay to go to seaworld the next day. Everything was great from the front staff help, due to the horrible storm that night, to the end. The shuttle service is amazing and one reason I continue to comeback to this hotel. Easy access and great turn around especially when you have kids it makes it more of an adventure than anything. "A little mixed on this one. The good points were, they were reasonably priced. We had three adults, one room, used Expedia, Saturday night stay for about $125. Another good point is they had a pretty good free breakfast. Sausage, two chicken strips - ONLY two, scrambled eggs- cooked correctly, the ran out of blueberry muffins, I didn't see the yogurt, but my son said they had some. "I liked how the pool was inside and open until 10 and how amazing the staff was! The breakfast was amazing and the parking was super easy! The rooms are super clean and very very nice! I recommend!!!"

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"Room was nice and big beds- facilities looked a bit dull and in need of renovation. There was a no-pet policy, however, there was a dog barking for hours close to our room. The tv in the room was extremely tiny but did its job. No major complaints, my family and I slept good and there are breakfast restaurants close by. Good location"
