Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk

Riverwalk Plaza
I reserved a room with a balcony, when I got there the front desk attendant told me that I was getting an upgrade. It was a downgrade and they wouldn’t give me the difference back between the two rooms. So I canceled it, but I don’t think they actually canceled it…still trying to find that out.
