Hotel Valencia Riverwalk
I paid for the supreme king with river walk view. And this was not the room i stayed in. I even showed the desk clerk and she said there werent anymore of those rooms available. Never recieved a credit ir anything. Also stayed 3 nights and the Valet cost me almost 300 dollars which is ridiculous ...

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Room was spotless, we did have a little hangup but nothing serious. The water pressure was ok. The bed was to soft for me. The amenities was perfect. I had to pay extra fees. I was not a fan about. I felt the resort feed should have been included in the cost when i paid for the package.
