"Fire alarm kept going off throughout the night, waking us up. Iron did not work. Dishwasher was not connected to cabinet and fell right out. Did not work. No one ever answered when we called the front desk. It took several requests to get an iron to us. I heard several leather guests also complaining. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Heritage Inn in San Antonio. Christian checked me in promptly after a long day behind a steering wheel and every thing worked as promised, (Key, Internet and Hot Water). The room was very clean and cool. The bed was very comfortable and I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The Breakfast Buffet was vast and delicious, served in a very inviting atmosphere. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a great Hotel experience at a great price."

"The room was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the location was perfect! The room and the bed were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We didn't use the pool but it was heated and could've been used even in late spring weather. With the location we were also concerned it would be loud, but it was actually pretty quiet! No noise from the Riverwalk got into the room."

"I had a very nice stay at the Crockett Hotel. It had a great location next to the Alamo and near the River Walk. I think my big challenge was that I had a 5-night stay, and my room was never cleaned, and I had to ask for a fresh towel halfway through my visit."

"The air conditioners are old and emit a heavy smell of mold. I have traveled for a living and never had the type of allergies that I did at this hotel. Two sleepless nights, I had to leave early, couldn't handle more. That said the staff was extremely professional and thoughtful. My poor review is based on the property having mold not the staff."

"This was a disappointing experience. Staff was helpful but lots of issues on this stay. Fitness room was hot, no water or towels and no remote for the TV. Seemed as it was of no importance which was discouraging as a good fitness room is a must for me. My sink faucet leaked so there was always water on the counter. I had sugar ants on the credenza which was, most likely, caused by the dirty carpet. I even had a picture fall off the wall on my 1st day. Lobby was always dark and a bit depressing. I've stayed here before and was mildly satisfied but, after just 3 nights, I checked out and went to a different hotel. The whole hotel just seemed neglected."
