Småt men godt

Lille men hyggeligt kompleks. Ser ud til at de nye ejere er ved at renovere. Men venligt personale. Dog er der ikke meget at lave, hvis man ikke har tænkt sig at skulle ud og opleve øen. Men ganske fin til overnatning og lidt sol i løbet af dagen.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Bon séjour dans ce complexe. Quelques aménagements au niveau de la cuisine serait est à prévoir un four grille-pain quelques éléments de cuisine pour 2 personnes passoire pour les pâtes le réfrigérateur serait à remplacer. Le personnel de service impeccable aimable et serviable .l'endroit est bien situé par rapport à Maspalomas .idéal pour famille ou couple.

Apartamentos bonitos a buen precio. La única pega es que de 14:00 a 16:00 no hay nadie en recepción. Esto me supuso un problema menor en dos ocasiones, la primera al llegar (sobre las 15:30), tuvimos que esperar hasta que llegase alguien a las 16:00. La segunda vez, estando en la piscina nos dejamos la llave dentro del apartamento y, de nuevo, hasta las 16:00 no había nadie que nos diera una copia de la llave para entrar. En mi caso no fue un gran problema, aprovechamos para comer en el restaurante de la piscina, pero es algo que deberían cuidar, sobre todo porque antes de llegar ya avisé que la hora de llegada sería entre las 15:00 y las 16:00.

Albtraum!!!

Auf der Internetseite wird angegeben, dass das Hotel ein Fitnessstudio hat. Allerdings gibt es kein Fitnessstudio. Das Personal könnte auch mein Unmut nicht verstehen und mir gar nicht weiterhelfen. Zudem hatten wir zwei Tage eine Insektenplage im Zimmer und auch hier keine Hilfe! Unser Zimmer wurde auch insgesamt nur zwei mal vom reinigungspersonal sauber gemacht obwohl ich mehrmals bei der Rezeption drum gebeten hatte! Einfach nur schrecklich!

Goed: kleinschalig Minder: het restaurant =0 De bungalow: nodig aan opfrissing en reparaties. Het zou aangenaam zijn om een mini basispakket te hebben zoals bv: een pakje koffie of thee . Het water is niet drinkbaar maar dit moet je zelf uitzoeken, het staat nergens vermeld! Inchecken vanaf 14u maar de receptie is wel gesloten van 14u tot en met 16u

Goede accomodatie, sommige aandachtspuntjes, tegels zwembad, bad/douche is nog met gordijn. keukenuitrusting is minimaal. onze koelkast miste wat deurrekjes daardoor moeten inproviseren met tape. vriendelijk personeel ( nederlandse avondwacht die leuke omgevingtips heeft), parkkatten erg leuk. elke zondag live (karaoke) muziek. barkeeper mag wat geduldiger zijn met drankjes aanbieden. drukke weg aan achterzijde die wat hinder kan veroorzaken

These are nice clean but basic apartments. They need a proper oven as self catering. Also, the TV has no english speaking channels, except for CNBC and Bloomberg, if i never hear about stock markets again it will be too soon, and they could do with aircon as very humid at night and it is not easy to sleep when sweating. Enjoyed the short walk to Holiday World - Taiwan chinese restaurant food is great - and then across the road to the nearly empty Faro 2 Shopping Mall, as Broncemar 2 has the best food in the area and Jaime and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. A 4 euro taxi ride up into Playa Del Ingles gives you a very good night life, especially in the Yumbo Centre and the Kasbah. Or go in the other direction to Maspalomas and the beach great day and night. Altogether a good base and great swimming pools - two large plus a kids pool - and a decent pool bar!!

Hay cucarachas muy muy grandes!!!

El complejo no está mal teniendo en cuenta el precio que vale, la situación es que durante nuestra estancia convivimos como si fuese un zoológico ya que cada día habían cucarachas cada vez más grandes, hasta el punto en el que una de las chicas d ela limpieza al verla salió corriendo... entrábamos al baño o habitación con miedo mirando techos paredes y suelo ya que siempre había algo. Las habitaciones las limpian cada día y eso se agradece pero es muy peligroso el tema de las cucarachas. Tengo que decir que en nuestro cuarto día me quejé y me dieron una habitación nueva y afortunadamente no volví a ver cucarachas... pero empecé a ver arañas de un tamaño nunca visto. Lo de los gastos es cierto hay muchos y están fuera de tu habitación pero no hacen nada aunque a veces den un poco de miedo. En general nuestra estancia no fue muy buena pero el servicio de la recepción y del guarda de seguridad (Jacinto) fueron excelentes y siempre tenían una solución para todo, gracias!

Friendly staff and half renovated bungalows

The bungalows has been renovated in the living area and the bedroom, but not in the kitchen and bathroom. our bathroom was clean, but not much worked right. Same with kitchen. But for the price its amazing.

Half are families permanent homes, NOT a holiday

This from the start was a disaster. The complex is approximately 50% owned by private residents (confirmed by staff and resident) who live here year round with their pets - dogs, cats rabbits and children cycling on small paths on their bikes. The apartment we stayed in was run down, plaster falling off the walls, fridge rusting away, cooker broken, moths ate clothes in the wardrobe, shower held together by cable ties, bathroom door wouldn't close and on one occassion when we did get it closed (after complaining to ebookers who told us they would contact complex to get multiple issues fixed) it jammed and I got stuck in the bathroom until my other half rescued me, toilet seat broken, bath cracked, mould/damp on walls and a pillar with deep cracks holding up the balcony above. Oh and the prison bars on all the windows. You couldn't really get near the pool at weekends when it appeared extended family comes to visit and if you did go it was extremely uncomfortable being talked about and smoked on top of. Towels taken off our sunbeds when in the pool so Spanish families can take up 10-15 sunbeds in a row. Got abused by resident families for playing basketball in the basketball court, mini golf hasn't been playable in many years at a guess. We reused our towels for several days as requested. The only time we asked for our towels to be replaced by putting them in the bath they didn't replace them. We went to reception and asked for clean towels but they refused point blank.......
