"Beautiful and newly remodeled!!"

"The woman at the front desk switched us to a single queen bed room even though we had booked and paid in advance for a single king bed room. When I went back to the front desk to complain, she tried to convince that she gave me an upgrade by downgrading the bed size. She was rude and unprofessional. "

"I saw some reviews of people that had bad experience this year but for me it was start to finish just marvelous. I made sure on Expedia I bought a room with an ocean view which is wonderful but of course it's several blocks from the ocean, but it's way better than the freeway view. There's coffee in the room and it's about a 5-minute walk from the main drag the Avenue Del Mar in San Clemente where there's all Shops and restaurants, and it's about a 5-minute walk from the bagel shack. and I...
