La atención es más que excelente, desde que llegas si está disponible tu habitación te la dan, vine en temporada baja así que quizá eso influya en que las habitaciones están libres y listas, en general todo Perfecto!

The hotel was excellent – just a short walk from San Cristóbal’s central park in a safe area. The facilities have lovely colonial touches that give it real character. Comfortable, well located, and great value for money. I’d happily return.

Las instalaciones muy bien excepto que para el agua caliente hay que abrir por mas de 10 min las llaves del lavabo y regadera para que empiece a salir, la verdad es un desperdicio de agua potable deben de mejorar eso

Internet doesn't work & Hotel doesn't care.

The WiFi in my room didn’t work at all during my three-night stay, and the hotel staff couldn’t have cared less. They’re fully aware of the issue but refuse to fix it, lacking proper WiFi extenders and equipment. This isn’t a general area problem—it’s purely neglect on their part. Past reviews mention the same issue, yet they’ve done nothing. Shameful. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel solo fue para dormir y la cama era cómoda y dentro del cuarto era silencioso aunque era temporada baja. La ubicación fue excelente ya que está muy cerca de los andadores turisticos
