"We were given a room where the bed collapsed and the mattress sunk into the hole with me in it. There are no private toilets or showers and no parking. You have to park on the street, if you can even find close parking, especially on a holiday weekend with a major event. I have shared pictures with management at least in every message (10). They have not responded to the pictures. We want a full refund for 2 nights as we had to find other safer accommodations for Saturday night. NEVER WOULD I...
