"My stay at El Cordova Hotel was disappointing.
The main issue was that there was no hot water in my room for more than 24 hours. Taking a shower or using hot water was simply impossible during a significant part of my stay. What made the situation worse is that the hotel staff appeared to be aware of the problem, yet guests were still checked into affected rooms.
While staff members apologized, there was no meaningful effort to resolve the situation promptly and no fair compensation was offered for such a major inconvenience. Being told that a plumber would eventually come was not a solution, especially when it became clear that repairs were unlikely to happen quickly.
When you pay for a hotel, basic amenities like hot water should be available. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The lack of communication, limited response from management, and absence of adequate compensation left a very negative impression.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience and would think twice before staying here again."
