The condo is updated with modern conveniences, though the living room sofa is very worn, dated, has uncomfortable seat cushions and not oriented properly for viewing the TV. "No tenían plancha para la ropa,el calentador calentaba de más y si lo apagaba se ponía muy frío , a la hora de check out entraron sin tocar la puerta , las de limpieza fueron muy groseras y altaneras yo ya avía limpiado la cocina no avía exceso de basura y querían que asta limpiara los baños , también recibimos discriminación al llegar y a la hora de check in le dijimos al personal y no hicieron nada al respecto "

"We absolutely loved our condo. My mom and I were there for the week and not only loved the view, but how close it was to the beach and restaurants.The harbor just a walk away along with the pier and the farmers market right down the way. We caught a movie at the local theatre which was also walking distance, but a very short drive. I loved how everyone on staff said hello, even the gentlemen rennovating the other condos were extra friendly. Can't forget to mention the ladies at the front office,...

"We have stayed at Capri by the Sea multiple times throughout the years and have never had a bad experience. Our favorite thing about it is location at the end of the boardwalk on Pacific Beach. Every condo has a wall of windows with a patio door in the middle that opens facing the ocean. We get to see, smell and hear the ocean but are far enough back that we don’t get the people noise. You literally walk across the sidewalk then down the stairs to the beach. Every condo we have rented came with...
