"The hotel was clean and room was nice. Staff was great. My only issue was the VERY narrow parking garage that was the worst I've ever had to deal with. I was also woken up to apparently needing more pillows. No one had ordered extra pillows or towels!"

"Check-in is an absolute nightmare at 4pm with the line being +50 deep. Tip: Download the mobile app and get digital check-in (which will most likely not work) then go to the far right side of the lobby near the concierge desk; the line for Hilton honors and digital check-in should is much shorter."
