"It was okay for the 3 days we stayed. However our phone didnt work and and we didn't have a shower curtain and the pillows were hard as a rock. Things i could work around for 3 days. When going to the front desk to ask for a shower curtain i mentioned that we were on a time schedule but nobody came to give us one. I had to find a cleaning lady and she came right away. I also mentioned our phone didnt work to the front desk and the girl looked at me with a blank stare, no response. I asked a question to another girl about something else and she answered but no eye contact So all and all it was ok but staff (other then the cleaning lady) need much more customer service training. I wish i was a secret shopper lol. They would have failed!! "

"Spent the weekend here enjoyed my stay. Clean room, comfy bed, easy, check-in and checkout, truly have no complaints. The cookies were a bonus."

"The property was very clean. I like seeing her very much. I did see a large dog and it seemed welcoming to pets. We have a pet and I was hoping to bring it. Maybe next time the only complaint I would have is the main pool was under renovation or some kind of construction. We were really helping to go in a hot tub. Maybe if there was one by the adult pool that would be nice."

"The Bristol Hotel offers valet parking for only $42 a day with ins & outs - although, it is first come first serve. If you can’t make it on time for valet, there is several parkings around where you could leave your car over night as well. The cleanliness of the hotel/rooms was in general very mid. There is that weird smell you’ll come across in the elevator & in the hallways. Housekeeping UPON request. But you have to constantly remind them, or they WILL forget. Overall, the location is perfectly placed at walking distance of Downtown & Little Italy. "
