"Customer service from Hotel staff, including the staff at Maryjane’s restaurant was exceptional. Taylor Celeste checked us in & was a gem. My wife suffers from debilitating neuropathy from chemotherapy, our room wasn’t quite ready, she led us to a little and very comfortable lounge, made sure that my wife was comfortable and gave us each a complimentary adult beverage. She was incredibly friendly and kind. That small gesture was the start of a great stay. Our room wasn’t awesone, clean, great features, comfortable. Outstanding breakfast at Maryjane’s where pricing was very fair.
The negative, parking is a challenge. We chose valet. $70 per day. Annoyingly, the valet staff decided it was necessary to radically adjust my steering wheel and seat. I am not small, I stand over 6 feet tall. The guy that brought me my car was about 5’8; ny set was set for somebody who was probably 6’4 minimum. Why was it necessary to adjust the seat to either park or drop off my car. Incredibly annoying and unnecessary. However, i look forward to staying at the Hard Rock SD in the future."
